On March16, 2019, Paws for Purple Hearts Virginia was featured on four radio stations throughout the Fredericksburg, VA area. Chief Advancement Officer, Mike Hogan; Advancement Associate, Lindsey Stiefvater; Program Instructor, Heather Martin; and service dog in training, Autumn shared the importance of the great work Paws for Purple Hearts does each day to help Warriors recover from the seen and unseen wounds of war. The broadcast reached a huge audience covering central and northern Virginia; Washington, D.C.; and southern Maryland.

Lindsey Stiefvater

Lindsey Stiefvater is the Advancement Associate for our Ruther Glen PPH location. She is a dog lover as she has two of her own, and she has been working with dogs over the past 3 years. When Lindsey is not soaking in all the puppy kisses at PPH you can usually find her backpacking, kayaking, or rock climbing.
